Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Support month-end close processes and assist with audits.
- Process invoices and manage vendor communications efficiently.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial tasks.
- Maintain organized financial filing systems for easy access.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuit a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
